Request for Absence

All requests for absences must be cleared through your coaches.  This should be done before the absence occurs (if it is a planned absence - Doctor visit, etc..).    Coach Dean at 313-5333.  Phone requests are preferable. 

Email can also be used, but takes longer and can leave the absence "open/unapproved" at the time of occurrence.  This can lead to confusion/misunderstanding.  Email Coach Dean at algpita@comcast.net .

Remember, the absence is not approved until the Coach has been notified and responds to you that it is acceptable.
